Research on paradigm based design methods for information fusion system architecture

Based on an analysis of the concept of data fusion trees and its insufficiency,an improved information fusion system architecture based on a data fusion tree is proposed in this paper.The principles of the methods used are discussed and then applied to design the architecture of an information fusion system,including design of a data fusion tree,architecture of fusion nodes and the architecture of the processing system.Finally,these methods are employed to successfully design a distributed C3I information fusion system.
