Application Research on Smart Card in Informatization Management of Colleges and Universities Education

How to improve the efficiency of current informatization management in colleges and universities education has become a very prominent issue. The causes of several outstanding problems and difficulties of solving the problems are described, the methods of using smart card to solve these problems are proposed, and a typical application system is designed and developed. A very good solution idea is provided for the typical problems in informatization management of colleges and universities education.
