As it is difficult to obtain a DC output of high step-up ratio in a simple and practicable way under a low input DC voltage in the design of DC switch power supplies,MC34063,a monolithic power supply control chip extensively applied in the design of switch power supply,combined with a high-frequency boost transformer,give a boost switch power supply design with high step-up ratio,which,characterized through simple structure,limited number of elements and easy usage,is applicable to small power occasions where only low-voltage DC power supply is available and relatively high DC voltage output is needed.
