The Extended Petri Net Model of MPI's Communication Functions
Han Congying · Acta Simulata Systematica Sinica · 2003
MPI is the one of the most popular parallel programming standards based on message—passing. It provides many kinds of point-to-point and collective communication functions, but they are difficult to comprehend and distinguish. Establishing extended Petri net model, which is of superiority in describing parallel communication, of these functions is of advantage to solve this problem and present better parallel program.
