Temporal-spatial Querying Language and Its GIS Reference Model

The integrity of temporal-spatial data is the basis of sharing and releasing geographic information. This article discusses the realization of temporal-spatial database on GIS based on the summarizing relative research fields. A kind of blended temporal-spatial SQL is designed and temporal-spatial GIS is founded according to the language.
