Setting value analysis for 300 MW generatorstator grounding protection

In site operation,stator grounding protection often gives false signal,therefore some units raise the setting value greatly for the dependability of protection. It is pointed out that the proper adjustment of arc suppression coil and coordination of system parameters may reduce the setting values and improve the running reliability.
