According to the shortcoming of expert review links in traditional project approval system,combined with the current actural situation of Zaozhuang Colledge's expert approval,this text designed an expert's countersign system based on Lotus Domino/Notes,which made the expert approval process allopatry,automatic and networking,and also this design ensured the fairness and transparency of the ex-pert approval.
