With the development of social production and life, more and more dependent on computers to solve practical problems,huge amount of calculation requires high performance computer and computing method of high speed. On the application of Monte Carlo method can solve nonlinear equations and modify serial method to parallel method by multi-threading technology.Then obtain three optimal calculation methods by using WinAPI, OpenMP and MPI parallel model. According to the results of numerical experiments, obtained the advantages and disadvantages of various models, found that MPI parallel model is fastest for parallel computing. Eventually the conclusion of parallel computing model can be extended to various numerical problems.
