The blood viscosity is an important index of blood rheology.Accurate measure has important significance,The author analyzed the structural and working principle of cone plate viscosimeter,and introduced some frequently met probˉlems and their resolvent in detail.It is helpful for proceeding detect of whole blood viscosity with NXE-1type cone plate viscosimeter.
