Objective: Count platelets by microscope and automatic hematological analysis.Find why the result that counted by automatic hematological analysis is lower than counted by microscope.Methods: Count platelets by automatic hematological analysis Sysmex xe-2100 and microscope at the same time.Results: The result counted by automatic hematological analysis is not really low except platelets reduced pathologically.Conclusion: When we find the result that counted by automatic hematological analysis is low,the abnormal blood sample must be recounted by microscope.
