Access Control Mechanism for Cognitive Networks

This paper discusses first the concept,background and current research status of cognitive network,and based on this,proposes the key technologies of cognitive network,gives IMS architecture,suggests the network architecture for novel heterogeneous network with cognitive characteristics,describes the key entity and cognitive process in hierarchical network.Meanwhile,the behavior model of cognitive process is designed,ensuring that all entities involved in the communication procedure could be self-aware,self-configurable and self-adaptive.This paper treats of the cognitive access control issues in cognitive heterogeneous network.And by integrating traditional network selection method and introducing cognitive process,the access control method in new cognitive network architecture is realized.
