With the improve and develope of the Internet,the enterprise of selling Medical devices have to build the E-Commerce system if they want to exist in the competition.This platform combine the ASP and ACCESS together.In order to connect with database(ACCESS),the system use the ASP.This paper is writen in term of structured system analysis and design.
