The paper introduces a real-time implementation of ADV202 for Motion JPEG2000 coding. It supports to encode the full-resolution of SMPTE274M video irreversibly/reversibly. The system is effective and compatible with standard. The paper introduces its hardware/software architecture and suggests an effective rate control method.
