Possibility Degree Definition Using Probability of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Numbers and Its Decision-making

This paper found the traditional definition of possibility degree of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers was not considerate and its result is not very good for common sense,then proposed a new definition of possibility degree of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers based on uniform distribution,and got a relatively simple and exact formula for calculating possibility degree.It proved that the traditional definition of possibility degree was unstable,then explored a decision making method with possibility for multiple attributes intuitionistic fuzzy sets.Finally,it used a decision-making example of multiple attributes intuitionistic fuzzy sets to verify the advantage of possibility degree based on uniform distribution,and also to verify the traditional definition of possibility degree was unstable and not able to sensitivity distinguish the nice distinction between programmes and,so it is difficult to get the best decision and even may lead to false decision.
