Strategies to improve the quality of editing and proofreading of scientific and technical journals in information technology age

Starting with the requirements of qualities of edition and proofreading of scientific and technical journals as well as qualities of editors and correctors in the age of information technology,the main problems in these journals were analyzed,and the ways and methods to solve all these problems were explored.
