Study on blind source separation of mechanical vibration based on the independent component analysis of information

Based on the principle of maximization of information, a method of self-adapt that estimates the separation matrix by independent component analysis is established. Based upon the method, the numerical simulation is performed; the waveforms of separated signals are identical with source signals. This blind source separation method was applied to multisensor signals of two rotors, the frequency of the rotors are separated satisfactorily. The real example proves that separation of mechanical vibration signals is an effective method.
