Hybrid Service Delivery and Extended Gap Model

This paper gives the dynamic analysis to the evolution of hybrid service delivery process.On the basis of the determining the value offer of the hybrid services,this paper describes the corresponding focus strategy and has a gap analysis and amendment to the original GAP model combined with self-service and automated delivered.Finally,this paper extends the GAP model in order to fit the hybrid services.
