Research on SECI-based Knowledge Conversion Model in Software Requirement Elicitation

The requirement elicitation process actually is a process of knowledge management,managing the knowledge of clients and related persons.The bottleneck of requirement eliciting is the knowledge dissymmetry between clients and developers.Based on the SECI Spiral Model and knowledge flow theory,this paper analyzes knowledge transferring in software requirement.Finally,a knowledge transfer model based on requirement elicitation process is put forward on the basis of the characteristics of knowledge communication and knowledge transfer.And,we use the model to explain two examples.
