Exploration on the Legislative Mechanism in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Community

The thesis elaborates that Pingtan comprehensive experimental community is the bridgehead of cross-strait exchanges and cooperation.Legislative mechanism,as the important guarantee of the development of cross-strait cooperation,has attracted the people's attention.Pingtan comprehensive experimental community distinguishes from the old test areas,with the features of both sides and extraordinary meaning of the legislative mechanism.Aiming at the obstacles in the establishment of legislative mechanism in Pingtan comprehensive experimental community,the paper proposes some suggestions and approaches.
