About the Background Value Revision in Industrial Enterprise Factory Boundary Noise Measurement

In industrial enterprise factory boundary noise actual monitor.Usually there is a big error between the actual and the noise background value.Which is revised when the difference(between them) is smaller than 3 and not the inter according to GB/T12349-90 “Industrial Enterprise Factory Noise Measurement Method”.Through the error analysis of the three methods getting corrected values,the noise background value revision will be supplemented thin,following GB/T12349-90 “Industrial Enterprise Factory Noise Measurement Method”.
