Traditional electronic business gave enterprises successes to a degree.With the improvement of users' requirement,the in-creasing number of enterprises partners and increasing complexity of integration of business flows,traditional business solution appears the limitation of high expense and complicated implementation by degree.Web service technology on the basis of XML is becoming the outstanding B2Bi solution because it ignores the difference of programming languages and platforms and enterprises don't have to cost on new technology in the result of its' opening protocols.The dynamic electronic business based on web service will bring enterprises full profits and become the primary solution.
