Optimization of Production Process of Diagnostic Reagent of Colloidal Gold for HBsAb

Objective:To improve production process of diagnostic reagent of colloidal gold for HBsAb and to make the detecting technique convenient,rapid and with high sensitivity and good specificity.Methods:To optimize a few important link of preparation di- agnostic reagent of colloidal gold for HBsAb.Results:The design of optimization consists of nitrocellulose membrane,pH value 7.0, coating concentration 0.5mg/ml and buffer system of NaHCO_3.2# dion membrane,gold marking-recombinant HbsAg OD value(30),and spray volume 3.0ul/cm.Conclusions:The sensitivity of HBsAb Colloid Gold Diagnostic Test strip was increased to 99.33% from the old procedure's 97.33%.
