Novel Current Sensing Circuit for Monolithic Power Management IC

A current sensing circuit for power management IC is proposed,using high voltage power devices.The presented current sensing circuit has the advantage of simple topology,high precision,high breakdown voltage(800 V) and low power consumption.It also realizes the function of self-power supply of the monolithic Power IC without additional electrical source.
