Improvement on apparatus of Planck constant measurement

The apparatus circuit of measuring Planck constant is improved.The apparatus adopts positive-negative double power supply circuit which consists of threeterminal adjustable regulator LM317 and LM337,and uses operational amplifier OPA128LM as current-voltage transformer,the range of measuring current is 10-8 to 10-14 A.The method of increasing apparatus precision and stability in designing and making is summarized.
