Design and application of on-line low-phosphorus autoanalyzer based on intermittent measurement

Ming Chen · Electric Power · 2007

Based on the characteristics of low-phosphorus measurement, the theory and method of low-phosphate on-line measurement were represented. The bubble disturbance and baseline excursion with flow-injection method were eliminated by means of intermittent measurement, thus the stability and accuracy of measurement were improved. With Cygnal embedded technology, the circuit structure was simplified and the anti-jamming of device was improved as a result of data collection, processing and displaying of the photoelectrical signal. The experimental result shows that the stabilization and repetition of on-line low-phosphorus analyzer are superior to those of flow-injection analyzer.
