Construction of Three-layer Management Information System with the Struts Frame

This paper introduces a trend to the development of the mode of B/S base on the Web Management Information System.MVC design for three-layer database visiting mode with J2EE and the use of Struts makes MIS safer and more powerful,easier to maintain,and multiplies the number of visiting online at the same time.
