A System of Declarating and Managing Imported Tax-exempted Supplies for Teaching and Research in Universities

In order to solve the problems pertaining in the current process of declaration and management of taxexempted teaching and research articles in most universities,a new system was designed based on the actual workflow and the functions of each department in such a process. The system architecture,function composition,and database were all considered in this new system. The AJAX technology enabled,user privilege based system is able to achieve efficient and real-time management of the pre- and post-declaration of the aforementioned tax-exempted articles.
