Difficult Position and Outlet of National Minority Culture Private Law

At present,the traditional culture of ethnic minorities has been seriously damaged,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of society and harmony.And most theorists advocated the use of the intellectual property system to protect ethnic minority culture.However,the background of the intellectual property system,the theoretical basis for the right to object,as well as the rights system,and other aspects,are not included in the culture of ethnic minorities to protect the intellectual property system.As a result,this paper puts froward the system of Cultural Property Rights for the protection of cultural property and cultural minorities.
