Discussion on the Construction and Development of our Information Policy

To discuss the problems emerging from the formulation and implementation of China's information policy,the paper discussed the non-systematic implementation,weak information policy research,non-systematic feedback and lack of compatibility with the international practices by reviewing the developmental process of China's information policy.It presented some relevant policies and countermeasures,including establishing and improving policy-making authority,strengthening policy research,defining the goal of national information policy,improving policy feedback channel,making our policy more compatible with international practices and bringing forward innovative information policy etc.This study provided a reference to improve and optimize our information policy as well as to further promote the acquiring,utilizing and sharing of the information resources.
