Service integration model and method based on government knowledge

The article analyzed five phases and main problems in development of e-government application integration,and put forward a service integration ontology model based on government knowledge.The model had characters of rule-based reason and scene-based navigation.On the basis of model,the article put forward an intelligence method,which implemented automatic service integration by the steps of scene navigation,service composite and service mediation.The model and method could make up for the insufficiency of tradition service integration model in rule description,reason ability,goal discovery and automatic service composite.
