The Article mainly illustrates the application of technologies of web interaction, distributed database and Web GIS to the development of Anhui flood control and drought relief decision support system. By using this system, the storage, management and issue of information about rainfall, floods and disasters of Anhui province on network is realized, which provides the whole province with information service accurately and promptly on flood control and drought relief.
