Fast Video Cross Retrieval Method Based on Event Content

This paper provides a new method,which called video fastly cross-retrieval based on event content to extract needed information quickly and efficiently in the face of mass storage of data and information.It also explains the principle and features of the method.Through comparing this retrieval method with other regular ones and illustrating,it shows the advantages of video fastly cross-retrieval based on event content.Experimental result shows that this method can retrieve data efficiently,and form a complete chain of evidence based on event content.
