The Evaluation of Equipment Deployment Level in Joint Operations Based on Measurement Transformed Weight

In order to greatly increase the campaign efficiency, the integration of battle resources, information and power is required in the joint operation. The equipment deployment is complicated system engineering, and also, it is the significant basis of the combat power. The demand of integrated evaluation to equipment deployment is increasingly standing out. The paper applies the fuzzy mathematics theory of the unascertained measurement, founds the model of ranking to evaluation measurement, and advances the evaluation model and the targets system of joint forces. Moreover, integrating the evaluation specialty of representative weapon system, the paper presents an example of the evaluation model.
