(H)-integrals of vector valued functions on infinite interval

By introducing a concept of δ-fine partition on infinite interval the(H)-integral of vector-valued functions on infinite interval was made entirely harmonic with that on finite interval.And it was proved also that it was equivalent to the idea of Cauchy extension and simple integrals.
