Design of synthetical state evaluating system based on B/S mode and its implementation

State evaluation is a fundamental work for state maintenance,but state evaluation is an absolute new work.This paper introduces a synthetical state evaluating system based on B/S mode,which can make the evaluation work simple and intelligent,thus promoting state evaluation work to a wider extend.
