Reviewing is an important aspect to ensure the academic quality of published papers.In order to guarantee the academic quality of science and technology periodicals and promote the development of science,the review mechanism of three reviews and final confirming must be strictly grasped.In order to attain this point,the reviewer must be chosen accurately,comments and differences should be correctly dealt with,and the defects should be constantly improved in the mechanism of reviewing
