GIS Based Research & Implement of 3G Network Management System

With the successful commercial application of the 3G technique globally, it must become a trend of China’s communication technique. Compare with the conventional 2G network, the new network challenges the network management system not only in the complexity of the net, but also in the diversity of the equipment. This paper researches how the GIS can be applied in the 3G net- work management system, explains how it can satisfy the management system and makes a simple expectation of the future.
