Fault Diagnosis of Electromagnetic Directional Valves Based on Time Series Bi-spectrum Analysis

A new electromagnetic directional valves fault detection method based on time series bi-spectrum analysis was proposed.Experimental results show that clear differences can be found in bi-spectrum graphs of vibration signal collected from normal and fault situation of the directional valves.They indicate that different faults of directional valves can be diagnosed by time series bi-spectrum analysis.It's a feasible method in hydraulic component fault detection.
