Defense for Biological Emergent Events in University

Biological emergent events in university caused great harm.It has important significance to research on the prevention of this kind of event.This paper introduced the concept and analyzed the characteristics of the biological emergent events in universities.The current situation and some problems of biological emergent events response were discussed.This paper put forward the countermeasures to handle biological emergent events in universities,from the following aspects:make perfect emergency disposal plan and exercise regularly;establish sound institutions,clear responsibility,quick response,scientific decision-making organization system;establish and improve the information transmission and distribution system,ensure the reasonable effective emergency measures;enhance students' ideological work;strengthen the construction of relevant laws and regulations,establish the legal protection response to biological emergencies.
