A small amount of moisture content of fast,accurate determination to become a vital link in leather production process.This paper presented a kind of capacitor sensor to measure the principle of moisture content based on the study of various principle of Moisture content measurement.It realized a rapid non-destructive determination method.This method can be widely used in the determination of moisture content in leather,cardboard and other non-rigid objects.The experimental results show that this instrument has high accuracy,fast measurement speed,cost-effective and convenient features.
