The estimation with state standard for the capability of automated hematology analyzer TEK5000

Objective To evaluate the capability of automated hematology analyzer TEK5000 with state standard. Methods The parameters of blood routine test were measured using TEK5000, according to the International Council for Standardization in Hematology(ICSH) and the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards(NCCLS). Results The detecting results showed that TEK5000 had a satisfactory reproducibility, linearity and low interference, also a high correlation with System kx-21. Conclusion Automated hematology analyzer TEK5000 is a precise and acuurate system.
