The requirements of university's data for “Schoolyard IC”

This paper proposes to construct a standard and shared database among university's departments, aiming to reduce the unnecessary data redundancy in different departments' database, likewise keeping the data consistency among different departments, which will avoid possible inputting errors due to repeat inputting the same information, hence ensure the data correctness.
