Design of Ku Band Direct Frequency Synthesizer

In order to produce Ku band direct frequency synthesizer,this paper introduces the design and key technique to implement the first local oscillator、the second local oscillator、the signal of all kinds of phase coherent clock and transmit the excitation signal by making use of direct digital synthesis、direct analog synthesis technique.The achieved technique specifications,the test data and the measure method are also given.The result of experiment is consistent with that of theoretical simulation,which verifies the feaibility of the method.
