This article has first analyzed the common several kinds of software development management pattern.and from the project management angle proposes the software product research and development project management pattern oftake the project goal as the center,take the interest as the guidance,take the system standard as the cornerstone,take the reversion three levels of goals management as the safeguard,and effectively unifies the use of existing advanced project management tool and the method.
