A New Method Based on Deviation Degree for Priority of Decision-Making Matrix

Based on uncertain multi-attribute decision-making problem,this paper first remedies the normalizing method for interval numbers;then concepts of ideal and negative ideal attribute values in interval numbers is proposed; thirdly, a new method based on deviation degree for priority of decision-making matrix in multi-attribute decision-making problem is presented;finally,an example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
