A Note on the Edge-face Total Chromatic Number of Maximal Outerplanar Graphs

Let \$G\$ be a 2-connected planar graph, let \$χ ef (G)\$ be the edge-face total chromatic number of \$G\$. In this paper, we prove \$χ ef (G)\$=5 for a maximal outerplanar graph \$G\$ with \$Δ(G)\$=5.
