A manuscript management system is applied in editing academic journals,which can greatlyc ontribute to the compilation of the journals by means of online submission,online review and onlinep rocessing through network.The system is very convenient for authors,reviewers and editors.It can realized igitalization of managing the whole procedure from paper calling,receiving,reviewing and editing,so ast o greatly improve the work efficiency,as compared with the traditional way of operation and management.A t the same time it establishes a complete paper database.The system also has functions of networkp ublishing,journal ordering and issuing,as well as statistical analysis.The function can provide a decisions upport in further development for the editorial office.
