Medical Image Registration Based on Mutual Information

Based on medical image registration technology discussed and analyzed deeply,the image registration algorithm by mutual information and its implementation is presented.At the same time,this method is used to register multi-mode medical images.Experimental results show that the registration method can meet precision demand of pixel-level image registration,so it is effective.
