Design and implementation of certificate images information acquisition system

This paper presents a total certificates information acquisition system,including hardware and software subsystems. A wide-angle lens with 1.8mm focus and greater than 140° viewing angle is used for capturing the whole certificates image within 45mm length. That makes the equipment miniaturization. To guarantee software expansibility and reuse,we present a certificates information acquisition soft system based on MVC architecture,which couples each models of software system loosely. Test shows this software system can satisfy demand of certificates image information acquisition and own well expansibility.
