Research on the application of improved genetic algorithm in dynamic time/cost trade-off

The time value of capital is often ignored when network planning is optimized,and the technique of obtaining the maximum net present value is lagged than the analysis of resource allocation and optimization.In this paper,the dynamic model of time/cost trade-off problem is set up,the improved genetic algorithm(incentive GA) is put up,used to solve time/cost trade-off problem.By analysis and comparison,the conclusion that only dynamic optimization is accurate is drawn.
